Filmmakers Alastair Fothergill and Keith Scholey chronicle a year in the lives of an Alaskan brown bear named Sky and her cubs, Scout and Amber. Their saga begins as the bears emerge from hibernation at the end of winter. As time passes, the bear family must work together to find food and stay safe from other predators, especially other bears. Although their world is exciting, it is also risky, and the cubs' survival hinges on family togetherness.

It's Mother Nature at its best. John C. Reilly's narration is amazing..
So cute, good way to see the life of the beat.
An entertaining and very cute look at the life of bears. It is over-narrated and the editing is over-scripted. The animals are enough.
Great animal documentary movie, beautiful and worth watching
Good if you want to watch a lighthearted animal doc with the family
i remember watching this with my mom a few years ago. if you dont wanna watch bears just do stuff then dont watch it
Greatly filmed and produced nature movie but with many fabricated scenes. But that's what you should expect from a Disney Nature film.
You watch bears do stuff. It was good for everyone. You just watch bears.
Well made documentary with enjoyable narration from John C. Reilly. But do not expect anything beyond what the title suggests.
Wonderfully shot, informative… however the absence of Attenborough is obvious and narration is weak
