Amazing cinematography and so smart movie. I loved how Iñárritu managed to bring sense to all the surrealistic scenes. This movie is art!

An emotional train of dream-like images with hidden meanings. It is not for everyone but for some it will resonate more.
Visually bursting with creativity and imaginative energy. I just wish the story mattered at all or was in anyway compelling.

Surrealist political satire, like Joderosky. If you don't know Mexican history, you won't get a lot of the references.
