As someone who has a healthy fear of bears, this one got to me, truly horrifying and bleak. Amazing effort by a first time director
Pretty good bear movie. A horrifying flick for sure.
Starts off good, but ends up being boring and predictable. The main characters’ lack of awareness and survival skills are also frustrating
A surprisingly well-made Canadian, natural-survival horror movie. A simple premise that keeps you watching till the end.
Not a complete waste of time if you're bored but it's about everything you'd expect. Predictable.
It's kinda like Friday the 13th, only its a single couple and it's totally realistic. I love nature thrillers. Canadian made.
The bear version of jaws. A little long but the ending was pretty satisfying
A tense and often gory man vs nature movie. Competently made and well acted but not for the faint of heart.
Long wait to get to the horror part, but honestly it wasn’t that bad. I’d 100% rewatch for the climax. & the true-story aspect is emotional.
Brilliantly captures the visceral shock of a traumatic event as it occurs. That success outweighs all the films shortcomings.
