Very slow and very sad. If you know that going in it’s a fine movie with terrific acting.
Put one of my greatest fears regarding aging — not being able to remember how in love I am — up on screen. Brutal and beautiful.
Comforting actors in a very unsettling story. Devastating, and, uh, very Canadian. Polly's understated direction works very well.
Really sad but Julie Christie is excellent.
