I actually liked the 2 camera angles. Was something I've never seen before.
Pretty good for something that used 12 percent of the source material. Franco's choice to cast himself as Darl tells you something though.
Perhaps unsettling to absorb the experimental style, but Franco did well enough to capture and convey the emotional vibe of the novel
James Franco. Stop. Please. Get some help.
Truly awful. Why the screen was split for most of the movie was unclear, and the acting was trite and forced.
