Not at all what I expected. It’s was really good, despite its length
The absolute definition of a guilty pleasure movie. Dumb as the asteroid in it, but pure fun from start to finish.
Great movie of life over coming struggle.
Ridiculous in so many ways but still entertaining. And the soundtrack is awesome of course :-).
1 of those cheesy 90s films, with a song that accompanies it & you cant get out of your head. The titanic of space movies. Plain fun

Touching story and worth a watch at leas tonce

The actual movie, script, and acting are kinda bad but that’s kind of the charm of it. A great fun ride of a movie.

In 2035, where robots are commonplace and abide by the three laws of robotics, a technophobic cop investigates an apparent suicide. Suspecting that a robot may be responsible for the death, his investigation leads him to believe that humanity may be in danger.
On July 2, a giant alien mothership enters orbit around Earth and deploys several dozen saucer-shaped 'destroyer' spacecraft that quickly lay waste to major cities around the planet.
