Some rushed writing, quite tropey with predictable character arcs and shaky cams, but the acting, cool monster design, and Cage keep it fun.
Unfortunately not a very entertaining Cage flick. Standard plot, okay acting and mediocre effects. There’s just nothing special here.
Enjoyable seeing Cage as a single father of two teens at a time of heightened peril; aptly-written and executed but lacking a solid zinger.
A kickass monster design and the second night is great and suspenseful. But the terrible camerawork and a boring plot drag this one down.
Honestly it’s a lost plot. Like it started as if it would go somewhere but in reality it really went nowhere
Slow, predictable, and should NOT be classified as an action movie. This is a badly written sci-fi drama with about 20 min of quality film.
Vague post apocalyptic storyline with some good jump scares
Fell short of its potential. Cage was underutilized, the plot wasn’t well developed, and the monsters left me with so many questions.
The low budget shines through too much. Boring setup and direction.
Enjoyable post-apocalyptic monster flick w/ excellent creature design, solid pacing&performances, story is a bit slight but the movie works
