A young man and his friends enlist in the first world war for the fatherland. A good representation of the hell of war. A bit dated know.
This is a great and worthy remake of the original and manages to keep all its soul and value & deliver its message just as well. Must watch!
Not quite as outstanding as the 1930 movie but still an impressive anti-war movie.
Was forced to watch it in class, do not voluntarily choose to watch this film.
Lame. Was forced to watch it in history class.
