Brilliant. I watched it first with an artist, then with a psychologist. Each was as knocked out by it as I was.
A brilliant concept beautifully acted, but I really wanted more.
Beautiful, thought provoking film. Glad criterion finally recognized this great film.
Really make you think about what's essential in life. After this, you'll want to decide one memory of your own to bring to the afterlife too
Such a beautiful film! Gloomy, but deads supposed to be dull! Unique plot that i could never relate to any other film.
could be a silent film. perfectly efficient storytelling. this dialogue and character writing style is sorely missed. actually for all ages.
Kore-eda shows he is one of the best directors working today. Arguably the most human story put to film. Memories are a power thing
Nice theme, touchy subject but brings some nice emotions to the table
Great concept that was executed poorly. Characters lacked depth and emotion
Once again, please oh please engage with your idea once you have one.
