You usually can't go wrong when you get to watch these sparring partners. And you won't here, either.
Married lawyers go head-to-head in court. Though there's quite a bit of fun here, the datedness of the script just makes it a time capsule.
Two lawyers struggle with decision to be married to their work or eachother, + 50s sexism commentary. Hepburn at some of her snarky best.
Very classy and well acted film about gender roles and about people. Holds up surprisingly well
A comedy on gender roles & equality that doesn't really read as a comedy now; good performances but I found it rather uncomfortable to watch
Tracy and Hepburn are great together and this film is no exception
