I kept expecting something big to happen, and even though it never did, I was still enthralled the whole way through. I liked it.
Offbeat movie focused on characters over anything else in the typical Altman fashion.
I don’t think it was super accurate but it was entertaining
If you loved the radio show, you will enjoy the movie.
I think this film was supposed to be humorous. It seemed to me to be a glorified talent show with little talent.
Worth watching because of the many great performers, good pace and funny as well as sad moments.
Sometimes adorkable, sometimes earntestly funny, severely slow and mostly underwhelming.
I really wanted to love this, but I’d rather just dig out my parents’ old cassette recordings of the radio show instead.
Really saccharine for Altman. Too bad it was his last, cause this sucked.
