(500) Days of Summer
Comedy • PG-13 • 2009 • 1 hr 35 min
Great except until the final scene. I get that it ties the movie together but it detracts from the relatability and realism
A few cheesy aspects don’t quite ruin this “anti-romcom”. A subversive story about the dangers of letting your infatuation idealize someone.
At times it tries too hard, at others it is truly unique and timeless
I love the flashbacks and flash forwards.
I liked it well enough, but I dont see myself watching it again.
A fun and real look into the love between two people and their journey through love
Days of Summer is one of those bent, happy-sad movies; like a painting in a museum. Artistic and real.
Realizing zooey deschanel is mid the movie
A good movie about getting over someone. It bothered me that it didn’t show the chronological order of events but it’s still good.
