The characters and acting weren’t great, but the disasters and special effects were some of the best! Super intense!

A great watch! The nostalgia of the times also sets in and the cliché plot twists become forgivable — also given the plot's grand scale.
It's worth watching,even though we get to see the world ending. I just think that it provides a good picture for the world.
