Worth watching for those wanting to see everything Bergman ever made. It’s not unwatchable, but no one would be watching it if not for him.
There are bits that I like and the acting was great, but it's mostly just drawn out and boring. Only 90 minutes, but a very long 90 minutes.
Bergman’s first, and a great start. Better than the next five. Worth the watch if you’re dabbling in his early work.
This is before Bergman's signature style had evolved which leaves Crisis a boring and unfocused mess of other directors' techniques
Almost like a theater play. Beautiful Nelly and her foster mother Ingeborg undergo funny and distressing events.
