Hauer is great as a blind Vietnam vet, better than this preposterous film deserves honestly. But the movie is only sometimes entertaining.

Not as good as an actual Zatoichi film but still fun

This is basically a rip-off of Zatoichi. But fortunately, it has enough of its own quirkiness and character to differentiate itself.
